Poster for Seven Year Itch

Here’s a poster I did for my longtime amigo Brian Harris (director, writer, actor). He recently directed a production of The Seven Year Itch. As this goes to (word)press, the show is currently running at Camarillo Community Theater in Ventura County, CA. I’d give you the info, but I think the poster does a fine job of that. A quickie post before I sign off for the holidays. Here’s a quick look at the tee-totaling Italian hero that will be gracing my limoncello packaging and accompanying cards (pictured): Il Signore Limone. Famed star of international cinema, Sr. Limone has titillated audiences with such smashes as “Il Dolce, L’Acido Ed Il Limone” (The Sweet, The Tart and the Lemon), and the tragically self-titled “Il Signore Limone” (The Gentleman Lemon). A man in constant search for The Good Stuff, he’s a model for us all this holiday season. After all, aren’t we all waiting with bated breath to see if we’ll get the good stuff?

Kid Tested, Butcher Approved

The true breakfast of champions. What could be better on a brisk winter morning than sitting down to a nice bowl of Meat-O’s? Now with meatmallows. The third in Meat and Potatoes’ annual theme of food-related holiday art prints, this baby was conceived and designed by yours truly. Skillfully hand-screened by Ernie at Summerland Studios in Burbank, this print took 3 hits of white and a total of 5 screens. A real beauty.

I hope to post some actual photos soon so you all can see the ink-on-paper goodness. Every card is pounded by the famed “intern-powered M&P hand embosser” and hand numbered to an edition of 200.

Alright, folks…it’s time to support one of our favorite inspirational resources. Graphic Exchange is one of the most incredible collections of design out there. It’s become a juggernaut, and Fabien Barral needs our support. This Is A Test

Just want to see how this fucker works. Hopefully it’s all kosher from here on out. I hope this blog/website thing can pan out for me over the next couple months. Hopefully it will be easier and easier as we go. We’ll see. I’m definitely hoping to be able to alter the homepage and create a nice, rich site as I move along. In the meantime, expect all the colors to change, and essentially all this shit to move around at an annoying pace.

In the meantime, enjoy this completely random video that I’ve posted just so see how this embedding thing works.
